Brief Submission Description:
The Sono Surfer is made out of polystyrene and is about 7 ft long. The board comes in different nose, tail and fin designs depending on your needs. The coolest part about the board is you don't have to use paddle power to get the board to move. The board has Segway technology that assists the rider in moving in all directions. Example: Shifting your weight forward tells the board to move forward. Foot gel locks shape to your feet to secure and stabilize riders, and avoids falls. For extra security, the board also has a sonar device located on the fin so it can alert you of dangers to avoid in the water, like logs or rocks. When in danger, the wet suit, that comes with the board, has a emergency button to alert safety officials and a GPS to locate you. The Sono Surfer makes the surfing experience safe, easy and fun. Any senior citizen can kept active and independent in their favorite hobby. It is great for other activities/exercise, like stand-up paddle boarding or water aerobics.
